What is Local Pickup?

Local Pickup allows you to pick up your order from us with no shipping cost.

What is Local Delivery?

Local Delivery is when we personally deliver your order to you at the address you provide during the checkout process. There is no cost for this service. We will deliver orders up to a 15 mile radius from our location in Fall River, MA.

How long before my order is processed?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (not including weekends). If choosing the shipping option, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days (not including weekends) of receiving your order. If choosing the Local Drop Off option, orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days (not including weekends). If selecting Local Pickup, you will need to contact us to arrange a date and time that you would like to pick up your order but the order will be ready within 1-3 business days (not including weekends) and you will be notified when it's ready.

Can I place a bulk order?

Yes! Please contact us directly at info@mmbeautique.com for more information on bulk orders. We provide bulk orders for businesses and special events. You can order individual products or even gift sets of any size, big or small.

Do you provide promotional products?

Yes! We can customize ANY of our products for your needs. We create promotional products for businesses and can place your company logo on any product. We can also create a custom logo for you for a special occasion such as wedding gifts/favors. We can also create any of our products in different sizes as well. Contact us for more details.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Unfortunately, No! Due to the personal-use nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us so that we may correct the problem.
